Strut your stuff like
the world is watching

Our Sales Support teams work ‘back of house,’ and on the sales floor when necessary, alongside our various Sales teams to make sure our stores are up to scratch, and that our customers – whether in store or online – are getting the kind of shopping experience we’re so famous for.

It might be replenishing and merchandising the products on our shelves, supporting our Buy and Collect departments, or providing the crucial admin support needed for a smooth running operation. Whatever area of Sales Support you join us in, you can rest assured there’s a structured career path here for you as long as you’re able to work as part of a team, consistently wow our customers with your customer service and deliver results against targets.

Starting as a Sales Support Assistant, you can progress to Senior Sales Support Assistant, Team Leader, then to Manager. You could even specialise in HR, Recruitment, Training or Visual Merchandising. At House of Fraser, the world is your oyster!

There’s no doubt about it, without our amazing team of Administrators, everything we do grinds to a halt. They’re vital to our success. From making sure each department gets the training they need, to monitoring legislative or HMRC changes, you’ll support our whole business from top to bottom. It’s about so much more than making sure everything ticks over like clockwork – it’s about improving processes and keeping us on top of industry changes too.

Stock handling & replenishment

Handling and replenishing our stock is absolutely vital to keeping our stores looking their fabulous best. You’ll do so much more than just keep the shelves full and in good shape. You’ll also help with admin tasks in store and also help to manage all of the store’s maintenance requirements.

It calls for people who have experience of all aspects of a large retail business including, stock handling and maintenance, HR, payroll and cash office.

Loss prevention

As part of our Loss Prevention team, you’ll be there to support both our store and Head Office teams to make sure we maximise profit by reducing stock and business loss.

It’s a job that’s extensive and diverse – no two days will ever be the same – you could be conducting store risk visits, investigations, writing and delivering key training initiatives, or even getting involved with the company stock count processes and store internal audits.

If you love what you do then you don’t work, you enjoy it.
